Do you sell certified Organic eggs, chicken, pork?

No, we only sell certified Organic beef. We do source an assortment of certified organic pantry items.  Check the pantry section to see what is currently available. 

Will my order be shipped frozen?

Yes. All of our products are shipped frozen.

How do you handle returns?

Given the perishable nature of the product, we do not accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, contact us at hi@buttermeatco.com or (585) 204-2788 and we will work to make it right.

Do you accept SNAP/EBT?

Not currently, we have started the application and will be sure to announce once we are!
